These brush disks are interchangeable with various materials and mesh numbers, catering to different surface roughness and R Angle process requirements. Each grinding head is equipped with an independent electronic control system, capable of operating separately or in tandem, based on user needs. The servo motor-controlled automatic lifting system ensures precise workpiece thickness positioning and automatic compensation for consumable wear.
3. Our double-channel belt conveyor system features a durable, high-temperature resistant polyurethane conveyor belt, adjustable to a transmission speed of 0-5 meters per minute. Each belt is independently motor-controlled; one conveys forward while the other conveys backward. The conveyor bed incorporates a permanent magnetic chuck, securely holding workpieces as small as 10cm² without any fixture. The unilateral open structure of the conveyor bed support, combined with door sealing plates, allows for easy belt replacement and equipment maintenance. Additionally, our system is equipped with an open door power-off feature, ensuring operator safety during maintenance.
4. The turning mechanism, strategically placed at the end of the conveyor bed, uses magnetic rollers to flawlessly turn over the forward conveyor products. This seamless transfer to the reverse conveyor belt ensures continuous and unobstructed polishing and deburring of both the front and back of the product, enhancing operational efficiency.
