3) The cleaning tank is equipped with a water circulation filtration system to filter and clean impurities, improve the service life of the cleaning liquid, realize water recycling, energy saving and environmental protection.
4) The storage tank is equipped with an overflow tank, and the tap water is added to the tank from time to time to overflow the floating oil, so that the pollution of the tank is reduced and the use of cleaning fluid is more economical. The bottom of the water tank is a slope structure, and the end of the slope has a sewage tank, which is convenient for slagging and cleaning.
5) After cleaning the product through the extrusion dewatering area, the upper and lower two pva extrusion rollers extrude the water stains on the surface of the product to reduce the flow of the product into the rear end of the mixed liquid, the extrusion roller is elastic and flexible compression, adaptive adjustment in the range of 10mm, without manual intervention.
2. The second station water cleaning system:
1) The structure principle of the second cleaning station is the same as that of the first station. The cleaning medium is pure tap water, the main cleaning to remove the workpiece cleaning liquid and impurities residues.
3. The third station cleaning anti-rust system:
1. The structure principle is the same as above. The cleaning medium is the mixture of tap water and anti-rust agent, and the product is sprayed with anti-rust solution during cleaning.
2. If the product requires high cleanliness, the cleaning medium can be replaced with pure water for cleaning.
4. Air cutting and hot air circulation drying system:
1) The product flows into the air cutting section after cleaning and rust prevention, and the upper and lower two air knives blow the residual water stains on the surface of the workpiece to improve the back-end drying energy efficiency; Equipped with 5KW eddy current fan to provide hot air source, adjustable size of air pipe, adjustable Angle of wind knife.
2) The drying section is equipped with 8 air knives up and down, and the hot air dries the workpiece through the efficient hot air circulation system. Prevent high temperature drying workpiece caused by the workpiece surface watermark.
2) The electric heating pipe provides the heating source, and the heat energy is transported to the drying channel through the hot air circulating fan. The pipe will recycle the heat energy in the oven, saving energy and environmental protection.
3) A set of cooling fan is installed at the upper end of the drying outlet to cool the product and prevent the operator from receiving hot materials.
5. Water supply and drainage system
1) Each sink with overflow port, easy to float oil spill, increase the service life of the cleaning fluid.
2) Arrange a main water inlet pipe, connect the pipe to each water tank, add a separate valve, and open the valve of the water tank that needs water supply.
3) Arrange a main outlet pipe, and connect each liquid tank outlet through the shunt pipe. Install valves at each water removal port to facilitate centralized drainage or separate drainage of the liquid tank. Spillage is also centrally discharged through the main pipe.
